Not much happening on the farm these last few days. We’re waiting to hash out plans over the weekend when more people are home. As to syrup, the weather is such that the sap isn’t running. I’ve managed to bring the syrup to a boil every other day as is necessary to prevent bacterial growth. But I can’t boil it down much as it is too windy. Evidently there is a reason people build sugar shacks for this process.
